Overall Satisfaction with Chartbeat

I use Chartbeat to monitor traffic on our website in real time. I also use it to monitor recirculation on site, check referrers and to get a general overview of the website at a glance. I occasionally use the historical data to get a longer term view of our data and trends.
  • Showing real-time data by referrer.
  • Showing social posts which have linked to stories.
  • Showing live recirculation data.
  • Historical data could be more advanced and specific.
  • Ability to be more agile in commissioning based on audience data.
We can react much quicker to trends and learn new things about our audiences every day.
Really clear and easy to use.
The recirculation tool is a really good indicator of when we might need to adapt or change the way our content is presented in order to keep people reading or visit another page.
All of our data tools contribute to the type of content we publish on our website - and Chartbeat is one of those.

Chartbeat is really good to get a general data overview at any point in the day - and to show us where stories may be worth pursuing further because they are of great interest to the audience.
