We use ClickUp for project and product management design backlog, task management, activities estimation, team resources management, and knowledge base.

Communicating with other departments or teams has drastically improved, allowing better visibility of cross-team activities, tasks, and projects. A general knowledge base is shared between teams which reduced duplicative efforts.
Productivity is increased by automation, templates, and a knowledge base library. Integration of other tools like Slack, Figma, Zoom, and time-tracking software is flawless.
