Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

We use ClickUp to manage all our internal processes, client projects and team productivity. It's truly the only platform we've used that doesn't have a brick walls in place where you can't do something. It's fully integrated with our Google Workspace tools, and the ability to invite guests to work on your projects have been the great success using ClickUp.

  • Come across bugs which is annoying.
  • Can be slow when browsing.
  • Removed the need to ask questions because documentation and process are easily to follow.
  • ROI is positive, the costs are minimal.
The ability to introduce and onboard external teams has been hugely successful. They may only have limited access, but what else do you need them to? Add due dates, track time, make comments, and change task statuses. It's perfect!
By integrating Google Apps like Docs and Sheets, we not longer need to find and open our files in another tab. The ability to embed documents from your favourite apps in ClickUp is brilliant! Anything can be embedded, providing you have the embed code.
Template management was a nightmare with Paymo. The whole tool was completely linear, and hugely limited. Looking back now, I wish we discovered ClickUp years ago!

Honestly, I can't think of any scenario where ClickUp doesn't work. We've had developers, videographers, designers, strategists, all use ClickUp and found it incredibly easy to use.
