Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We switched to ClickUp from another project management tool and have never regretted it. As an agency, we use ClickUp for creating boards for each client, adding tasks, storing documents, managing content calendars, and tracking daily progress on projects. Overall, ClickUp helps us save a lot of time and improves team productivity.

We are a small team of specialists in different fields and ClickUp certainly helps to coordinate tasks efficiently. We use its project management tool features and it allows us to keep track of who is working on what task currently, which tasks are completed or are "on hold." We also use ClickUp to collectively comment on tasks and edit documents for internal use.
We use a lot of different software besides ClickUp, but it replaced our content calendar tool for social media. In addition, we use ClickUp for email notifications of upcoming deadlines. We also use the internal ClickUp document editor to create documents for internal use (e.g. collecting links for research).
