Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use ClickUp company-wide, throughout all our departments in order to create and track projects/tasks, cross-functionally. In my department, Customer Success/Accounts — I use ClickUp to assign and track some daily tasks but more often, longer-term projects within my team of Account Managers. Also, we use ClickUp as a communication/tracking tool between our Account Management team and our Technical Support/Developers. When there is a technical problem, we have a board and space within ClickUp which we have automated and integrated into Slack. This enables our Account Management team to create ClickUp cards for any technical problem that go to a designated space and get assigned by the Technical Support/Development team to solve. Both departments can track the progress of these ClickUp cards as well and receive notifications.
- Easy to use.
- Easy to integrate with some other useful Apps like Slack.
- Offers other tools and templates, like Customer Journey Maps, etc.
- Good collaborative tool for cross-functional organizations.
- In-app tips for leveraging the most out of the tool.
- Ticket resolution time for SLA near 100%.
It has allowed our various departments to collaborate on projects in real time and track progress. For example, our PPC management department and Customer Success departments can work jointly on a Customer Journey Mapping project using ClickUp's template. We can create a workspace within ClickUp to store the documentation and work on the project asynchronously or synchronously.
By integrating ClickUp with other apps we use like Slack, we can automate alerts and ClickUp card creation/tracking. We can receive email updates as well. We also integrate ClickUp with our proprietary software and CRM tools which allows for automation directly from our tools. This simplifies the technical error reporting/resolution for our support and accounts teams.
