Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use ClickUp as our entire "office" as a marketing agency. Everything, including marketing, sales, customer onboarding, fulfillment, HR, finance, ops, and all documentation, lives in ClickUp.

We collaborate with about a dozen contractors. It's made it super easy to manage projects with multiple clients, full-time employees, and contractors with different ways to organize the spaces, folders, and lists. Assigning tasks and leaving comments is super easy.
Absolutely—however, we're still a work in progress when it comes to automations. We're hiring a consulting agency to help us set these up in an optimized manner.
Asana, Trello, Monday, etc. We've used most of the main project management tools. ClickUp could do project management, with better communication, multiple views, etc. The templates were super helpful. It feels easier for all departments to organize their spaces in ways that makes sense for them, which didn't seem to be the case in the other apps.
