Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

My company offers Life, Business, and Career Coaching services. As part of my offering, I create ClickUp templates for clients to manage and implement their strategies for business or career growth. I also sell ClickUp templates on my website to make it easy for clients to grow themselves. The system has been great. It has given our business an edge in terms of great customer experience.

Our collaboration with our clients has improved. They share their progress with me through links and I can send them new tasks as templates outside our coaching sessions.
We are not using integrations yet. But we are looking at the Jotform integration in future.
ClickUp is much neater and more organized. Our clients would get confused and miss tasks on Bitrix24.

ClickUp is well suited for business and personal use. The company must stress personal use more so that people do not just see it as a business tool. My clients are using it for personal goals which are fantastic.
