Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

We track all tasks for our firm in ClickUp. We tried 4-5 others that supposedly specialized in Accounting Firms, but none of them solved our workflow and communication issues.

  • Checklist update that auto updates all current tasks with updated checklist
  • Templates
  • Reduced time for recurring tasks
  • Made workflow issues go away
It has solved almost all of our team collaboration issues.
It has definitely simplified our workflow process, but not any software in our stack.
We also tried JetPack, and a few others. ClickUp is definitely more user friendly and customizable.

We love the software and have referred it to many of our colleagues. At least one other accounting firm has converted that we know of. They did so because we were using it on a separate venture that we partnered on and loved it as well.
