ClickUp is a platform that allows us to manage tasks in a structured way, provides reminders and automatic notifications, presents an inbox view, allows personalized management, and offers us the option of creating work teams by grouping the portfolio of organization projects. It also has a mobile version, a computer application, and a web environment.
- The assignment and monitoring of tasks to team members have a high degree of automation since it allows knowing when they are overdue and issuing reminder notifications to the people involved.
- Another important functionality is to allow the addition of evidence that demonstrates progress in pending tasks. This evidence can be, for example, photographs and PDF documents and allow multiple formats.
- It allows to ensure correct synchronization of the work team; for example, if we have a task that is in charge of 2 people from the team, ClickUp allows several people to collaborate in the same activity and be aware of the progress, comments, and status of each team member.
- Productivity is a constant concern of senior management, so designing descriptive and predictive dashboards based on previous and current behavior can help a lot in projects that tend to be too large to validate people individually.
