Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
Listen! ClickUp has leveled up how we operate our business (an emerging creative agency based in Oakland). We've been able to establish and organize processes. Document our thoughts. Did I mention how much tracking we can accomplish using ClickUp? We can track our client's journey using an agile CRM system, and have visibility about project progress and hours spent. Ultimate, ClickUp provides insights into our workload, and data to build appropriate budgets and workflow to deliver work with transparency, visibility, and delight.
Pros
- Project Management.
- Agile organization. So many ways to go about it.
- Customization (spaces, folders, lists, tasks, status, etc.)
- Time tracking.
Cons
- Adoption can be challenging for talent (new or current.)
- We're still unclear how to best utilize automations.
- There are A LOT of notification settings to select or undo.
- Assign the tasks effectively and transparently
- Keep track of action items or overdue tasks
- Visual everything that is being done
- White-boarding
To be honest, as a co-founder & CEO, I feel like I'm the most excited about using ClickUp's many features. I found myself looking for templates and new features, playing around with them, and then showing what I've built to my team. However, my team doesn't spend time on additional features besides folders, lists, tasks, and checklists. It's a little challenging to admit, but that's just the truth at the moment. Can't wait to hire a cool PM who geeks out on building things as I do.
ClickUp has helped centralize and organize our workflow. There aren't any doubts about it. When it comes to automation manual work and integrations, we're still working on that, so I don't have much comment on that.
