- The ease of adding permissions to a space for other persons.
- The ability to tag a person by just typing their name.
- Voice recordings could be included for the docs.
- Increased productivity.
- Less emails which reduces server storage used.
- Fewer meetings as we can directly state what is needed for each task, hence more time to work.

No longer heavily depend on emails as we can send emails directly from ClickUp The desktop/browser/mobile notifications allow users to see task changes in real-time and so respond quickly. Ability to know at a glance all the persons assigned to a task and, therefore, the possible approach to take when delivering.
