Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use ClickUp for project management, workload monitoring, and collaboration with other users to meet our goals promptly. Almost all the features that ClickUp offers us today, such as different views for tasks, dashboards, notifications, calendar linking, cloud linking, subtasks, custom columns, user roles, date rescheduling,, etc., etc. many others.

- Custom columns: being able to manage the ones that were created for all the spaces, currently they represent a problem when many unnecessary ones are created for all the lists or folders.

- Increase collaboration to meet objectives and keep the team fully informed of progress.
I have mentioned it before. One of the main challenges we faced in the past was being able to collaborate on a document for project management. This task was difficult because said document traveled by email all the time. Cloud services were not enough to collaborate at the same time, instead, we had to have a turn editing the document. With ClickUp that ended up allowing us to contribute to the loading and organization of the project tasks, while updating the status of each one, including comments, updating dates, adding attached documents linked from the cloud, etc.
Currently, we use a function called: automation. This feature has helped us a lot by making changes within tasks automatically by activating the trigger we have defined, eg when the status is changed, progress is complete, comments are added, other tasks are created, and changes are made. the date etc Our level of productivity is focused on the goals rather than the ClickUp update because we know that once planned and uploaded, ClickUp does the rest.
ClickUp is a very complete tool that brings together almost all the functions that other task managers contain. We know that there are some very simple and others more complex. ClickUp goes from the simple to the more complex. No matter the size of your project, ClickUp can handle it with no problem. By learning how to use ClickUp, you learn how to use all of these managers.
