Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
ClickUp lives up to its claim of “one app to replace them all.” I use it in my personal entrepreneurial endeavors as well as with teams I work with. Every team I have been a part of over the past few years has used ClickUp in some way. Even though I did not always have the authority to mandate it across the board, most I worked with saw the value and began to dive in for themselves. I personally introduced and trained people on the platform. Today, we use it to plan events, brainstorm content, and accomplish tasks asynchronously. We recently used it for one of our inaugural events, and the team is learning to use it quite well (some faster than others, but that is what training is for). All in all, from the various task features, the automations, the various views, the docs feature, and much more, I love using ClickUp and will continue to recommend it to and implement it with the teams I am on.
- Allows for asynchronous productivity
- It can be as simple or as complex as you need it to be
- It conforms to you and the needs of your team uniquely
- Simplified views for simple users
- Unique payment plans for verified college students
- Unique payment structure for higher education institutions
- Improved collaboration across team(s)
- Improved task and productivity visibility
- Improved vertical and horizontal accountability
ClickUp has definitely been a great resource in brainstorming and virtual collaboration. It has allowed myself and my colleagues to keep track of our goals and tasks so that if and when we get “lost in the sauce,” we can get back to our focus and back on track.
ClickUp does indeed live up to its claim of “one app to replace them all.” I have watched many of my colleagues embrace the platform as well, from newer companies to well-established entrepreneurs and brands. By having integrations such as Zoom and Slack, we are easily able to jump from one platform to the other as necessary, especially in the event of the need for an impromptu meeting. There are so many more integrations that can be used, and we are going to continue to explore those as we progress and grow. The ability to replicate and make tasks recurring to include the attached documents, checklists, comments and more is also a very useful feature.
These apps are good, but ClickUp is GREAT. ClickUp even allows you to move all your existing work from other apps into their platform. I have used those other apps, but ClickUps power-packed features and ease of use in building in growing in its use is second to none in my experience.
