Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use ClickUp as our source of truth for all of our work and what needs to be done in any given day/week/month/year. We have workflows and templates for client deliverable work, internal process development, growth, sales and marketing goals, as well as a hub for shared work between a partner company we work with. Before using ClickUp in the way we do now, there was little to no visibility when it came to our employees knowing or understanding their daily workloads. There was also a lack of visibility for project managers to quickly see project statuses, which made it tough to hit deadlines. This also helped us be forced to define standard workflows and processes where available, which are easily rolled out as templates in the system.
- Creation and usage of workflow templates
- Project status visibility
- Automations to minimize manual work
- Integrations
- Views to see work in different ways
- Recurring tasks are a bit buggy - it would be great to get that tightened up
- Utilizing integrated apps in automations
- Having Reminders available outside of Home
- Client deliverables are on-time 100% of the time now
- 70% increase in successful team collaboration
- 80% increase in employee workload visibility
We are a mostly-remote company so team collaboration is huge for us. ClickUp has definitely helped to foster a better team collaboration environment. Some things that are extremely helpful in this area are:
- The commenting feature in tasks/subtasks where you can tag coworkers and bring in various things via slash commands
- Notification Center to stay in the loop which helps with the first bullet point
- ClickUp Docs - we have switched to using these for our internal meetings for client notes and team notes
ClickUp has absolutely been a game changer when it comes to having everything in one place. We live by the rule of "If it's not in ClickUp it doesn't happen." There has been a ton that we've been able to automate, from recurring tasks to automations allowing our Production Team to have more capacity for completing work that matters vs. busy admin work. We've also been able to connect so many of the tools we use daily with ClickUp that work seamlessly together, such as Slack, Google Drive, Figma, Loom, and Harvest.
ClickUp is more robust with more customizations available in order for our teams, individual users and company at large to be able to use it in the best ways possible for various instances/needs. It is not only great for task management, but the communication availability within the tool is superior.

These are the people creating the work as well as completing the work for the agency and clients.
2 - I think having multitasking skills and an organizational mindset is key for supporting ClickUp. A lot of the time we are helping to come up with solutions for team members who are in need of some sort of process or workflow that needs to be adjusted or implemented in ClickUp.
