Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
I use ClickUp within my business for operations management, project management, task management, document management--everything you can imagine within owning a business, ClickUp is involved to some degree. I use task templates for personal productivity. The Calendar view literally gives me my schedule for time blocking. I can track time for working within Client projects. I use ClickUp docs for interactive notation and keeping of all company details. I start and end (and work) each day with ClickUp. I didn't know I needed it until I got it.

The hierarchy is great to build out your organization's design into. The organization has infinite opportunity to visualize your work. Email integration and lists mean that I open one less tab and I can reach other team members or clients even more quickly. The tagging and assigning of task features make sure that everyone is always notified of everything, so nothing falls through the cracks. The permissions ensure appropriate visibility.
The automations feature has really helped me to visualize my workflows more clearly, and even improve their structure for optimization. I can set certain automations to fire natively (with less chance of breaking) to reduce the amount of work that I have to do manually. The integrations, such as with email, allow me to send messages to the right people without even thinking about them.
ClickUp has the exact same features, and often many more, than the other competitors, and at a much lower price point. I used ClickUp's freemium version and preferred it to an upgraded version of Asana for several reasons. The customization opportunities are so plentiful that I can't even use them all.
