Click-tastic Software to Click Your Team into Shape
Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We mainly use Click Up for project management tool for client fulfilment.
Managing general agency tasks
We also tore our process docs in Click Up
And use it as a place to store ideas so they don't get lost. These can be scheduled to pop up on my Google Calendar in a few weeks then I can see if that idea is still relevant or dump it.
The calendar integration works well for me to plan the day properly

Pros
- task management
- real-time dashboards
- time tracking
- task allocation
- set goals
- commenting on tasks
- document storage
Cons
- integration with Slack could be better
- it can be overwhelming to start with
- some of the views have very small views
- Impossible to say
Managing projects is smoother and tasks are not forgotten. That has made life less stressful. We use other software for brainstorming but do use the goal settingThe points tally for users is fun and does seem to encourage work ethic - nobody wants to be last, right?
Ccommunicating with other departments or teams is not relevant to us, we're small.

For me the integration with Google Calendar is very useful. The whole team is able to know at a glance where prioities lie. This is a massive benefit. Not a snazzy feature but crucial to the effective management of tasks and projects.
Also as the tasks disappear and are ticked off there's a sense of relief - you're getting through the backlog.
The integration with Slack could be improved but it is okay.
We use make to automate the setup for a new client when an order form is signed. This saves a lot of time duplicating everything.
It's all done automagically!
