Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use ClickUp to manage interior design and construction projects, not only internally but externally with our subcontractors as well. It has allowed us to streamline our time, implement stricter guidelines for internal processes, and make sure that nothing is falling through the cracks. It has also allowed us to centralize the communication with external people involved in our projects, including our clients.

- It is one of the cheaper project management subscriptions, and for all of the features it has in that price, it is a great value.
ClickUp has allowed us to completely streamline our project management. We use it from the beginning of the project to the very end, which allows us to ensure that every single detail is accounted for and that nothing is missed. This has increased our client satisfaction, and has reduced the amount of friction in the office as well, since everything is being communicated in a centralized place.
We have been able to remove almost every other app that we were using when we adopted ClickUp. It has let us do all of our project management, time tracking, customer relationship management, and internal communication in one place.
ClickUp is more customizable than any of these other apps that I have worked with. Asana is great, but it has some serious limitations if you are working with a team, including assigning multiple people to a task. The pricing is also much better than the other options.
