Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use ClickUp for everything from IT Service Management to tracking Agile Sprints and work done. We have previously used various tools such as Redmine, Asana, etc but ClickUp seems like the one to stick to as it offers an incredible amount of customization which can be used to develop workflows for most processes we use.

Yes collaboration on tasks are good and easy to set up. Documents within ClickUp is another collaboration tool which is good. Teams like Development and QA can work together on a task with sub tasks within for each team to complete. Relationships can be made between tasks such as setting a dependency and more.
We integrate ClickUp with Slack which is our main communications channel. We are still at the infancy stage but we can see the use cases for these integrations but have yet to fully build it out to maximise its capability. Integrations with email for notifications and status updates are used as well.
The other tools are much more static in nature and not very use friendly when it comes to customisation. ClickUp offers a suite of customisation tools and Clickapps which help with whatever needs getting done in terms of forms,fields,etc. Therefore, ClickUp can be customised to suit any use case a business can think of.
