Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
I use it to manage tasks for all departments. It’s easy to track how long a task is done and provides better insights on estimating future tasks. I can easily follow up on tasks as long as I see them still open. The dashboards make it easier to see the team's progress.

- Adding all the information to a task is more efficient than going on a call to discuss it. All notes are in there for later reference.
My team responds better when they have a centralized area where they can add their notes when tasks are given to them. They even create their own spaces for their personal tasks. In our line of work where everything is virtual and not everyone is in the same time zone, it serves as a better way to communicate in an organized way. With one look, the team can easily see what needs to be done. It minimizes the need for calls as all the information needed is in the task
When our team needs to sign up for weekend duties or volunteering, this automatically appears in our shared Google Calendar. I don’t have to manually plot the shifts anymore. I get alerts when done and reminders if no one has signed up yet. I can also automate an email to remind our HR team if they need to be paid overtime based on the weekend duties they took.
They are all very similar, but ClickUp was easier to use. The UX design is great, everything falls into place. I didn’t have to train anyone from the team on how to use it. They easily understood how it works. It’s simple, clear and straightforward. Every move you make, it’s actually what you expect it to do.
