Happy user of ClickUp
Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use ClickUp as our bug-tracking and sprint management software. We use it daily across multiple teams.
Pros
- It's easy to add cards and then track those cards as part of dev sprints.
- I like how we can create and track goals, that we then use to create and track the work to accomplish said goals.
- We use custom boards daily during standups to keep things on track.
Cons
- Occasionally it takes a full refresh to pick up changes.
- It can be a little confusing to know how best to share cards across multiple boards.
- There is a lot of "soft saving" that happens, which I like, but I think clearer save messaging would be nice.
- Positive impact on team efficiency
- Positive impact on team organization
- Positive impact on team productivity
- Overall, I would say ClickUp provides a good ROI, as it has become pretty central to our daily operations.
Hard to say for sure because we're a fairly small company, but I would say just having everything in one tool is very helpful. The shared spaces keep us all on the same page and make period all-hands production ream reviews easy. Being in one tool also makes it easy to assign tasks that might cut across teams to other team members when the work is ready to be handed off.
We probably haven't taken advantage of all of the integration options, but so far I would say that we're pretty happy with the workflow. I think there is room to use automation to trigger better workflow efficiencies.
