Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
Currently, ClickUp is being used as a project and task management tool for our ecommerce product based business.
Pros
- Very customizable
- Ability to build out processes and workflows
- Manage multiple projects/tasks at one time
Cons
- Customization - sometimes the amount of customization that can be done is overwhelming
- Mobile app - changes to the mobile app have been making the usability of the product frustrating
- Increased productivity
- Saves time
- Great for collaborative projects
ClickUp makes it easy to brainstorm within my team or with outside collaborators. It makes managing overarching projects and tasks relatively easy when everything can be found in one spot.
We use Google Workspace and ClickUp's integration with docs and calendar has been great. Things that are scheduled with a due date in ClickUp are able to sync directly to the appropriate Google Calendar. There are times when changes in ClickUp don't sync but they tend to work themselves out.
