Use Cases and Deployment Scope

ClickUp is used by all departments within our organization: Product Engineering Marketing, Operations Sales, Operations HR, and IT admin. Each team manages/tracks and completes its projects or tasks. We also use it for personal task management and project collaboration.

The UX is nice.
Support articles are helpful.
Easy to learn/self-learn.
Good Chat support experience.

Return on Investment

It was a decent migration experience from the previous tool.
It helps our entire org to be on the same tool.
Collaboration between teams is pretty great.

Collaboration

All the projects are tracked on ClickUp. This helps keep all the documents, conversations, and tracking information in one place, and we do not need to look at places for details about any project we've been working on.

All-in-One Productivity Platform

I have not used the workflows as of yet.

Alternatives Considered

Bandcamp and Asana

ClickUp is far superior when it comes to self-learning these tools. Their UX is way better.

Likelihood to Recommend

ClickUp, as its branding goes, is true for all teams/departments to use. What works for them is their intuitive design and experience. In most cases, I see that we can simply start learning the platform by going through the help articles. They have a pretty good learning section.
