Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp
We use ClickUp mostly for Scrum and Kanban. We are a Software Development company, so ClickUp is an indispensable tool and we use it on a daily basis. Also, we've been testing some automations using ClickUp along with other tools to optimize several administrative tasks everyday. For example, we can create proposals and notify the salesman who will deliver to the client in an automated way, this and other things.
Pros
- Timetracking
- Scrum, Kanban and other Agile Methodologies
- Automations
Cons
- Note-taking function
- Creating workflows using AI
- Creating project requirements using AI
- We use ClickUp to send timetracking reports to our contractors automatically
- We improved efficiency using Scrum inside ClickUp
- Tracking time is easy and intuitive; now even our employees that usually used to forget to track time now do it effortlessly
Managing projects and tasks has become easy, and we were able to centralize many of the administrative and operational demands in ClickUp. We used several softwares to handle these before getting to know ClickUp. It was really transformative. We did a bit of brainstorming using it, too. But main use is related to tasks and project management in the most efficient way ever.
We integrated ClickUp with several other tools; now we create some tasks automatically, send some emails automatically, start onboarding a new client automatically... We just started, but it was transformative how we could free a lot of time from manual tasks by integrating ClickUp into our workflow. We are looking forward to use it much more next year.
ClickUp is more complete than most of the other competitors on the list and is more focused on being awesome in providing the tools necessary for project management, including Agile methodologies, timetracking, and many more. For a software development company like mine, ClickUp is a no-brainer. From the list above, I think just Jira is as good, but I consider ClickUp much easier to use.
