Why use anything else but ConnectWise Control?

I use ConnectWise Control daily to remote in to my own machines, and all those at work. It saves me so much time not having to travel from place to place to help people. I currently am the only one using this software, but it benefits the company as a whole. Technical issues can be resolved much more quickly. Also I can see what the client sees. The command line features are wonderful for working in the background. The main thing about the software I love the most is that IT JUST WORKS. Every time.
- Installs easily and runs every time at boot.
- Instant connections and minimal bandwidth usage.
- The cloud service is stable and incredibly fast. We used to run our own server and it always felt slow in comparison.
- Works on every operating system.
- Helps me keep my family tech issue free.
- I would like more GUI options for main server settings. For example the Remote Printing should have an on/off switch.
- Saves time from travel.
- I can immediately respond to issues. Employees are much happier.
- Secure. Cannot put a price on that.
