Overall Satisfaction with Gong

Gong is wonderful and has helped me grow from being a sales development representative to an account executive. It helps me be a better sales professional by allowing me the opportunity to listen to my calls, see data/analytics, and listen to my colleagues' calls. This allows me to constantly improve and grow my skill set.

Gong is extremely user-friendly and easy to use! As someone with minimal sales experience, it was easy to pick up on and I continue to learn about new features/functionality to improve myself. It has been a critical tool in my success and the success of my teammates, as we use it to learn & grow from each other.
Yes - Gong is always giving ideal next steps and actionable items to ensure I am staying on top of open opportunities and closing business.
Compiling calls across the company provides insight into trends and what is happening in our healthcare space. This helps create new businesses and allows them to grow in the space.

It has been extremely valuable as an SDR when I first started to listen to old reps and hear how they have become successful. This has continued as I am an account executive now and can listen to seasoned professionals and how they handled discovery calls, demos, pricing discussions, etc. It is also helpful for me if I do not have time to write down notes, I can go listen back to my calls to ensure I am up to speed on my opportunities.
