We use Gong to record sales calls, log them to the CRM, and love their AI tool where you can ask anything about a call and it gives great intel. This has been integral in creating a cohesive customer journey across the buying process, and has helped us to identify areas that needed improvement.

Gong has provided us with actionable insights, but it's not a part of the AEs strategic workflow. I can't confidently say that these insights have had an impact on revenue generation, and I don't have a way to measure that impact if it did
I can't say that Gong has helped our company build insights into trends with customers, or that it has given us insight into our market
Zoom has great integrations and summary tools. There is less insight at the company level, whereas Gong is built to give insight across the customer journey. Zoom pushes to Hubspot nicely, but Hubspot doesn't have the capabilities to organize this data at the company level in the way that Gong does. You can piece together the call recording features, but you can't replace the level of insight that Gong offers at the company level by leveraging call data
