Overall Satisfaction with Google Analytics

Google Analytics provides powerful, real-time & data-driven insights pertaining to user activity on-site (i.e. or any active website properties). By collecting & regularly assessing user activity via Google Analytics, organizations and businesses are granted visibility into critical performance metrics allowing for optimization opportunities to be identified in the following categories: user experience, user engagement, conversion rate optimization, SEO, SEM, E-Commerce, and more.
  • Source-Level Data Collection.
  • Highly Granular Data Visualization.
  • Customized Conversion Tracking & Goal Creation.
  • Online Audience Development & Segmentation.
  • Software Connectivity Limitations (e.g. Google Data Studio).
  • Customer Support Availability.
  • User Training Resources.
  • Data Collection.
  • Data Reporting & Visualization.
  • Audience Segmentation.
  • Tracking high-margin, profitable e-commerce product sales.
  • Improving website quality, user experience, user engagement, and conversion rate.
  • Providing valuable & actionable insights for optimizing omni-channel presence.
Google Analytics, hands-down, provides a greater scope and higher-level of data availability ACROSS multiple platforms. Not only does Google Analytics natively allow for a vast array of data collection, analysis, reporting, and visualization opportunities, but it also affords customers the option of viewing all available performance metrics across sources, across mediums, including both paid and organic, across as many active web properties where Google Analytics is properly installed for tracking purposes. The individual platforms for paid/organic social, search engine optimization, e-commerce, etc. are limited in their capabilities to natively report user activity data within the user interface; plus, these platforms do not offer an integrated & unified reporting interface across other traffic sources/mediums/channels, which Google Analytics is fantastic for.
