Overall Satisfaction with GoTo Connect

We assist patients through online sessions and stay in contact with our therapy teams using GoTo Connect. It solves problems like working from different locations and handling appointments smoothly. with functions like video calls and simple call transfers. It helps us care for patients better and stay organized. We use it in all our facilities for both therapy and admin work.

One big lesson we learned is that training the team well makes a huge difference. It was easier when we started with the fundamental features, such as the way calls are handled. Getting staff involved early helped us set it up the right way. So I would say my experience with implementation was straightforward.
GoTo Connect made things easier by centralizing all of the services, including video calls, messages, and phone calls, in one place. I do not have to switch between different apps anymore, which saves time. The setup and settings are easy to manage. Even without a tech expert, a non-tech person can manage it.
We considered Dialpad for our work as well, but it has its limitations, and our team, like doctors and all, was not satisfied with it because it was hard for them to use. But our team is happy with GoTo Connect. It made everyone happy—our team and our clients as well.

I would give it a 10 out of 10 rating just because of the service and easiness it has offered us, which made our work effortless and stress-free. I do recall an instance where one of our clients' medical conditions suddenly deteriorated while he was traveling overseas. The doctors there could not understand his situation at that time. He asked them to connect with our team, and our team guided them with his medical records, and his life was saved.
