Overall Satisfaction with GoToConnect (formerly Jive)

It is being used across the company. I choose Go to Connect for the ease of setup and how easy it is to use. Go to Connect allows us to answer calls remotely when not in the office from our personal phones. It also allows us to make calls from our phones yet shows the company name and phone number.

Pros

  • Allows remote calling.
  • Easy to set-up and maintain.
  • Able to put on vacation hold.
  • Allows virtual fax machine.

Cons

  • Not easy to actually speak with a representative.
  • Their sales department not quick to fix problem they made.
  • Very little issues with the system.
  • Great value vs traditional phone company.
  • Able to use hold music without paying extra or paying an additional company.
The deployment was very quick and easy. I requested a new number and new service and had everything within in 4 days. I will make a suggestion that desktop phones are much easier with the system vs cordless phones. The Onboarding department was terrific and very helpful they not only help but they teach you at the same time.
The overall quality is terrific. The voice system is high quality with very little distortion. I would highly recommend Go to Connect to any type of business big or small. All departments are very helpful and knowledgeable. The sales team though does not seem to have follow-through when there is an issue.
I love the easy if use. It is very easy to program and set up a phone system. I Love that even a novice person can maintain the system. I love the fact I can remotely answer the phones from my cell phone without revealing my private number to my clients.
Yes - The traditional phone service was getting very expensive and not easy to put on a vacation hold. I am a seasonal company and the traditional phone company was a major problem every time we had to reconnect them. Go To Connect allows is to download the equipment but not the service. So in the off-season, we can still remotely answer calls and service our customers.

Well suited for small businesses as well as large businesses even ones with multiple locations. Go To Connect is easy to set up and maintain. Not easy to find a phone number to speak with someone in person. I would highly recommend Go To Connect to all my business colleagues.
