Overall Satisfaction with Grasshopper
We use it as our primary phone line, I also have a line that I use as a direct number for business cards so I can avoid giving out my personal cell phone everywhere I go. So it's used across the whole organization and it manages all of our company phone calls. I also receive texts via Grasshopper.
- Dialing out via the app.
- Transcribed voice mail and VM via email.
- The interface on the website is easy to use.
- Sometimes I have issues receiving or making calls on my cell phone.
- My phone provider sometimes blocks calls forwarded from Grasshopper because it thinks they are spam.
- The SMS service seems to be inconsistent in reliability.
- We get phone calls.
- Embarrassing when I miss one though because it doesn't come through.
- For me, the less I think about my phone system the better. I expect it to be invisible.
I liked the interface and pricing model better. I also like the app way better than RingCentral's which is a dumpster fire. I really like being able to dial out easily from my phone from a Grasshopper number, though I wish I could somehow do that from my mail dailer. Either way, the interface is way better.
