Overall Satisfaction with Groove
When Groove is set up correctly it doesn't let you miss contacting your pipeline. When you get busy with some clients or just company projects, you can miss things. Groove automatically sends emails and texts to your pipeline per your parameters. Has made me more productive with less work.

- It will report some contacts that nothing was sent so, my PC gets loaded.
- Would like a lesson with examples. Would be great if I could get a one-on-one with a pro who could hear my needs and tailor a Groove for me.

Using Groove
1000 - Sales and marketing. Used to send bulk message to potential customers asking for information that they will eventually need to get account going. It also shows that we are serious and are a professional lorganization. Grooves also lets up set up proper customer expectation for how a sales call will go and the ammount of time it will take.
2 - Good with computer and internet. Recently those who are getting better results from Groove messages are brought in to help with content to get positive customer reactions. Content creators are showing their value and are working hand in hand with tech people.

I was not part of the decision to purchase it. To tell you the truth, that's a good thing. I wasn't a fan until I figured out how to use it for my pipepline. Groove did not relay some of its features.
Talk with those who are successful using groove and have more one on one sessions. Even make assignments.
