Overall Satisfaction with Groove
I use Groove for my daily email outreach to new and current users, from check in emails to training materials. It makes hitting my book of business so much easier.
Pros
- Mass emails templates and follow up
- Seeing who has and hasn't read my emails when I'm waiting on a potential deal to close.
- Quickly access a dialer to make my calls and keeping track of my outreach.
Cons
- I would love to have some lunch and learns or some type of training to learn new ways to use the product. It's been a year and I only know the few ways I've always used it and I'm sure I'm just scratching the surface.
- I'd love for it to be easier to import a list of people to email.
- Creating templates and sending mass emails
- seeing who has opened my emails for deals that are pending
- having access to the dialer to make a quick call
- logging all of my outreach for the day
- I would say Groove saves me 2-3 hours a week with the templates and flows I can create.
- The ability to see if someone has opened my email has allowed me to know how to handle pending deals and the interest of the customer. Which has helped me closed thousands in quota.
