Overall Satisfaction with Guru

We use Guru to inform the changes that our products or process gets thought the time, also to find the necessary information to provide the best assistance to our customers. Guru solves the problem of having an extended product since it will surpass the limit of the knowledge limitation, it is now not necessary to memorize every detail of a product or process to provide a great customer assistance.

  • More capacity of teammates that expand the business
  • Better training for the teams
It is really easy to use, you just have to enter some keywords on the AI or the search bar to get the correct answer or at least the correct card with the information. If you want to verify a card, you just need to click on request verification and I will be taken into account, that is a great improvement of the usability
It is easier to use, and also it is more intuitive. Guru also provides a more efficient verification process and it just a little better with the integration. Additionally, it is more eye friendly, the design of Guru makes you to have a nice visualization, and also it is not extenuating to look at it

It is great for everyone that works on the customer service since it can provide faster and accurate information about the issue that the customer is facing, also it is very suit when you re-trying to discuss a process with another department since it is already a neutral base to judge the process that everyone proposes.
