Overall Satisfaction with Guru

We use Guru as our org-wide knowledge management platform. Prior to using Guru, we had very siloed and outdated ways of sharing information within departments, cross-departments, and organization-wide. Guru created a centralized place for company and team information to live, and all employees at our organization now utilize the tool.

  • Less time spent finding knowledge
Very easy UI for both editing Cards and also viewing/finding content
Guru had a better UI, better features around verification/trusted knowledge, and easier ways to find content

Guru is crucial to the way we operate, and it fits in seamlessly to the technology stack that our organization uses (Slack, Google Suite, etc.).

The Guru Answers feature is heavily utilized by new & tenured employees alike, and has changed the game in terms of how people search for content.
