Guru feedback
Overall Satisfaction with Guru
I work as Customer Experience at Spotify, so I help customers with payment problems and problems with the app. Guru serves as a database, helping me follow the correct flows and troubleshooting. there is our own team that publishes these cards on Guru, and updates whenever necessary. There may be information about unauthorized access by hackers, how to follow up when there is a specific payment problem or how to send the appropriate security information to customers
Pros
- integration with Slack, to be notified when there is an update
- keyword search
- responsive platform, without crashing
Cons
- A more user-friendly layout would be nice
- direct integration with the tool we use to serve customers, which is called Advisor Desktop (AD)
- a way to highlight the cards we use most, like a sidebar
- Although the platform has many professional options, the quality of work can vary. If a company does not carry out a rigorous selection, it may hire freelancers who do not meet expectations, or who may compromise the quality of the project and the company's rewards.
- Companies can quickly adjust the number of freelancers according to their needs, increasing or directing a team according to project demand. This provides great operational flexibility, allowing the company to react quickly to changes in the market
- By using freelancers instead of hiring full-time employees, companies can save on prosperity, benefits and infrastructure. This helps keep operating costs low, especially on short-term or seasonal projects.
