Hootsuite: Great Social Media Scheduling and Planning
Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite
We use Hootsuite to create and schedule social media posts for our non-profit Chamber of Commerce. We have used it for more then 7 years and we have been very happy with the ease of use, reporting, analytics and updates that have been made throughout the years. We started off using it only for Twitter and Facebook but have now expanded to LinkedIN and Instagram as well. It is not perfect but it gets the job done and makes our communications department a lot more easier to manage. The integration of AI has been somewhat positive but we don't take as much advatange of it as we could. It is a bit pricy and they don't offer non-profit discounts which makes it tricky when pitching it to our board but at least for now we can continue paying for it.

It has been amazing. The scheduling and business plan is the main reason we have kept using Hootsuite. We are a very small non-profit staff so having this ease of use is a must and well liked feature as it helps us get more done without the hassle of having to skip from one tab to another. especially now that we can create a main post and then adjust to each social media site.
- Agorapulse and Metricool
Metricool is free and we can shedule up to 50 posts per month, however Hootsuite allows us to do just a little bit more. For the price Agorapulse and Hootsuite are in tight competition but we prefer the Hootsuite format, although some chamber partners do find it a bit on the older school side we do not. We like the Hootsuite system.
