Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite Pro

Pros

  • Publishes content at scheduled times.
  • Allows me to monitor search results, multiple at a time.
  • Gives me the ease of switching platforms across various brands without logging in and out of channels.

Cons

  • Freezes occasionally.

I think this is an essential tool for any multiple brand/location company to have to monitor and publish on Facebook, Twitter and Google+.

Using Hootsuite Pro

2 - I am the main supporter of this platform and have a coordinator who is able to make changes to certain aspects of the teams.
Cheap and gets the job done. May upgrade to Enterprise.

It allows me to have several people within my company in various locations publishing with an indication of the activity of other users. This is a wonderful attribution for my company.

They respond to every tweet complaint that I have, even when I am just talking among friends.

Using Hootsuite Pro

Very easy to use, filter, set up, create teams, post and schedule.

Hootsuite Pro Reliability

Depends on the social networks API - Twitter is the one that usually has issues. Hootsuite is quick to upload but at times, will freeze causing me to have to reload the platform.
It is quick and easy to do content posting and scheduling. I just wish it did not freeze from time to time.

Integrating Hootsuite Pro

VinTank currently does not support this system.

Relationship with Hootsuite

Did not negotiate terms but I did sign up early so my pricing is very cheap.
