We use Hootsuite Pro for our community management services. It helps us to schedule everything out, and monitor streams that are relevant to the brands we work with.
- We schedule over 400 tweets a month for one of our clients. Hootsuite Pro allows us to bulk-upload so we save hours worth of time. It's great to see each tweet scheduled on the correct date and time.
- We love being able to set up streams to search for keywords. It helps us to join in on conversations that are relevant to the brand that we may not have known about.
- We also utilize Hootsuite Pro's ability to choose the best time for us to schedule tweets. It's helped us increase our engagement.
- Sometimes, when we schedule images, they appear as links instead of the image.
