Overall Satisfaction

  • It's the all-in-one solution it provides that is the best part. There is no other external software needed. For example, email marketing, landing page generation, SEO keywords, and blogging are all part of the Hubspot package. It's a complete marketing solution.
  • Hubspot has great analytics and knowing what works and what doesn't in a marketing campaign by pressing a few buttons is amazing.
  • Integration is generally easy and reporting is outstanding.
  • I can see some limitations with specific 3rd party integrations although I do not have first hand experience with that. For example, integration with a third-party Professional Services Automation (PSA) tool was more difficult than anticipated. Integrations with EventBrite and GoToWebinar were also a little tricky.
  • Some of the export functions aren't as smooth as one would hope. A client wanted to use the API to integrate with Tableau, but we were forced to do manual source data data exports so that the data could be visualized in Tableau. This was not out-of-the-box and took some effort.
  • We can clearly see which marketing activities are achieving results and which aren't.
  • The constant real time feedback enables us to create better and better campaigns.
Because there is absolutely no reason to change anything. We're very happy.
It's a great product but needs time and dedication to master. It's not a set and forget type of product. I would advise anyone new to inbound marketing to carefully research what lies ahead of them before making an investment like that. The software is just one part of the equation.

Amazing depth of training available. Live classes as well as on demand classes on any topic related to the methodology and use of software.
Training is required. It'll be impossible to use the software to its full capability without having gone through not so much the software training itself but the methodology training.


Always friendly, helpful and get things solved very quickly.
No - Was not needed yet. Support as included is sufficient.


It's very intuitive but sometimes, because it's so comprehensive, moving from one section to another is a bit cumbersome. But that's purely because it is so big and has so many options.


Very few hiccups in this regard.
Being a cloud based offering we sometimes suffer cloud issues and lag, which have nothing to do with the vendor but with our connectivity.


  • Wordpress.
  • Integrations with more niche products like ConnectWise PSA are a bit more difficult.
We didn't use Hubspot's CMS. It was easy to connect Wordpress with Hubspot.

Vendor Relationship

Very easy, Hubspot has a strong, knowledgeable and driven sales team. It's a pleasure working with them.
