We use it across the entire organization. We use to to manage our contact, send out segmented email campaigns and to track anything and everything with our website. It's the tool we use to communicate effectively with all of our clients and our staff members. It allows us to cater content to our very different audiences that we have, and allows us to communicate with our clients in a way we never have been able to before. It's helped us increase SEO and website traffic, as well as has given us the educational tools to keep up with current marketing trends; as a small business, the support and education we receive allows us to keep our marketing internal, saving us a lot of money!

However, if you have another way to track leads from your website and are just looking for a way to send out emails in a cost effective way - then Constant Contact is a better choice.

1 - The great thing about Hubspot is that they make it easy for any skill level to use their platform. They have tutorials, tips, classes and instant support for any problems someone new to the system may encounter. Hubspot is great software with tons of usability. However, I think that a business needs to have at least 1 person who is dedicated to really delving in and learning all the Hubspot features.
