Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot

All FTEs at our agency use Hubspot in some way shape or form (depending on their role) both for our internal marketing processes, as well as for our clients.

We are a small business and we work with startups, so our number one challenge is generating enough leads. Hubspot helps us automate that process and makes lead generation simple. We've met or exceeded our client's lead generation goals ever since implementing Hubspot.
  • Hubspot is easier to use than most of the other marketing tools I've used. My training was quick and I was up and running with the tool (with a few questions, but still) in a month or less.
  • Hubspot does exactly what we need it to—help us DRIVE LEADS. If you are looking to boost inbound efforts, this is the tool to use. The tool is organized in a way that makes lead gen marketing very simple.
  • As a company, I think Hubspot does an awesome job providing resources to the people that use the tool. Whether it's their blog, offers, trainings and more, they really care about developing their customers.
  • Hubspot definitely has its glitches and can be a little buggy at times.
  • Hubspot's reports leave something to be desired. I especially think the keywords report could be a bit more flexible in terms of giving data history.
  • The Hubspot and SFDC integration is rough because Hubspot operates on the contact level and SFDC operates on the account level. Many of our clients use Salesforce, so this is a bit of a headache for us.
  • Hubspot helps us grow rapidly. This year we've doubled the amount of retainer clients we have with Hubspot.
  • Hubspot has helped us boost customer revenue. One of our clients reported that they tripled their win rate using Accelity marketing qualified leads through Hubspot versus leads that come from more traditional methods.
  • One of our customers has seen a 372% ROI from our Hubspot marketing efforts.
Hubspot is perfect for our clients because many of them are startups that need to drive traffic and get leads ASAP to grow their business. I think Hubspot is super intuitive so people who are not as tech-savvy, or who are newer to the marketing field, may like it better than other marketing tools.

Using HubSpot

7 - Of the people using Hubspot, they represent the following functions at our marketing agency: Internal and Inbound Marketing, Client-facing Marketing, Graphic Design, Sales, Website design.
1 - Supporting HubSpot is pretty easy once you are trained on the tool. We make sure anyone using HubSpot has the inbound marketing certification through HubSpot and the HubSpot marketing software certification. HubSpot has a great support team that really helps our team with any one-off issues that we come across.

Using HubSpot

I think there are definitely still some kinks that need to be worked out, but the system is so easy to use—I caught on quickly, and anyone I train catches on within a month or less. They also have a very responsive support team, so when you do have harder questions, support is easy to connect with.
