Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM is being utilised within marketing, sales, and customer service departments. It addresses several challenges and essentially makes reporting & knowledge transfer more effective/efficient.
  • Tech assisted organization (long term stability of data).
  • Fast & easy to access software (intuitive to tech natives).
  • Categorizes data and allows you to search specifics quickly.
  • Customizable elements across the board.
  • Time cost savings.
  • Increased readability and engagement internally.
  • More comprehensive insights into client relationships.
  • Improved customer knowledge and therefore retention.
Very intuitive and easy. It runs smoothly with very few limitations. All issues encountered solved independently online via Google/Youtube or the excellent support team (live chat).
Much better in usability, slightly better in functionality, and improved reporting/data capacity.

HubSpot CRM is well suited to all industries managing a data base of clients or customers. Investing in HubSpot earlier is better and will be good in the long run as you won't have to waste/invest time into data migration when your current/cheaper CRM System becomes ineffective or falls short of what you require it to do.
