Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use it to support sellers of carrefour in their queries. A seller raises the issue that is routed to the associates through HubSpot. Associates use the platform to get the basic seller details and then the same is used to dive deep into the issues and extend assistance to the sellers.
- I have experience using Paragon(Amazon) and compare to that, what stands differently from it is its customization feature.
- Have detailed information.
- User friendly interface.
- Copy issue: When we copy text from the email section, spaces are mal-adjusted automatically, increasing the workload if we have to use the text again.
- There should be a review option to send the mail.
- Threads featured in the activity can be worked upon.
- It definitely has a positive impact, helps us to drive the seller experience, the foundation of e-commerce.
