Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot is and has been the single source of truth at our organisation. It's currently being used by all the teams especially the sales and marketing teams to input client details and verify information which is needed to make the sale. The information pertaining to different clients was previously scattered and maintained manually but with the introduction of HubSpot, the process has become very simple and the ease of access is something to cherish.

Was using Zoho CRM previously and have used a slew of other CRM's too in my previous organisations but nothing comes close to HubSpot in terms of ease of use, functionality, features and return on investment. The data points that can be tracked and used to a teams advantage is huge and the ability to integrate with other teams and software is a great advantage.
  • Zoho CRM and Freshworks CRM (formerly Freshsales)
In terms of functionality and the features that are available, HuSpot CRM is way ahead of Zoho and Freshworks. Our team has evaluated multiple CRM's before finalizing on HubSpot because of the integrations it offers and the automation features that were unmatched. Also, it was much easier to replace multiple tools that we were using into one single software - HubSpot.

HubSpot is great for automation of processes. Especially the workflows feature is something that makes life easy for the sales and marketing teams. Also the ability of HubSpot to collect info from different sources like the website in terms of visits and customer data which can help the sales team has made a huge impact.

HubSpot can be a single tool which can be used by the team in terms of calling and data points which makes the operational aspect of teams much more effective.
