Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot allows us to Systematically save and sync together contacts, companies, and accounts (deals). It's a single source of truth for all our teams when it comes to understanding interactions and conversations with prospects, leads, and customers and hence ensures a personalized experience for all our external stakeholders. The Analytics available in HubSpot helps our organization keep track of our progress and goals which makes it a complete CRM.
  • Syncs contacts companies and deals data seamlessly.
  • Creation of reports and Dashboards for analysis.
  • Nurture clients and prospects through personalized emails.
  • Reports and Dashboards tend to be buggy at times and take time to update.
  • Better reporting of email deliveries and analytics related to sales emails.
  • Proper documentation and visualization of opportunity interaction.
  • Ability to make informed decisions based on reports and dashboards.
This is the only CRM I have used till date but ease of use of HubSpot is a USP of this product.

1. HubSpot is best at automating and streamlining its processes and information regarding contacts, companies, and deals. It also is great at email marketing, social media management, and lead generation. 2. The user interface of HubSpot can be complex or difficult to navigate sometimes. It also isn't that great at sales email reporting.
