Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I use it to keep track of prospects and prospective companies and track my sales. I use it to simplify the process of keeping track of my "to-dos" through that process until i either win or lose the sale. (ie my sales pipeline)
Pros
- integrates with my email
- integrates with my calendar
- integrates w/ my phone calls
- easy to use and navigate
Cons
- trying to import lists with both COMPANIES AND CONTACTS doesn't seem possible, simultaneously. (maybe b/c we sync w/ Salesforce and data goes two ways? We have to import the company in a list and then match the list of users with the company. (this is for franchises, for example, Import Wendy's and individual legal names for locations)...THEN, (import the Wendy's owners/contacts and sync them with the individual legal entity).
seems to work well. but i'm new to it and our marketing doesn't give us a ton. we set our own sequences
i hate saleforce. HubSpot is much better
