Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
I have been using HubSpot [CRM] now for over three years now and it is one of the best things I have purchased for my company! When trying to manage and integrate sales teams, marketing teams and administrators, HubSpot [CRM] is able to take the hard work out of reporting and keeping track of everyone's targets and really pinpoint what you actually need to spend your time on.
- Probably the most complete CRM tool in the market
- Great Facebook, Google Ads and LinkedIn audience integration
- I love the magic that you can do with workflows
- Improve reporting so there's no need to use Google Sheets for calculating ROI, for example
- Don't strip UTM parameters from pageviews, it would be useful to have this info when creating attribution reports
- Improve the social media management tool
Easy to import contacts and create lists based on type of contact or type of connection. I like using this feature for organizing my contacts. I also like that I can add other users so that I can see the chronological timeline of all contact points. We're able to send emails out to specific lists easily and quickly.
Alignment between marketing and sales is really about focusing on the customer — and, today, the customer's buying behavior has changed significantly. HubSpot [CRM] helps align our sales and marketing team, so we can better understand and communicate with our leads and convert them into customers. HubSpot [CRM] acts as a communication hub for us.
While for marketing purposes ActiveCampaign was amazing, we needed a proper CRM and software that caters to the needs of our sales team and allows smooth communication between different departments. HubSpot [CRM] definitely does much more than ActiveCampaign. I don't know if a comparison is really worth it in this case.

There is a lot you can learn from HubSpot [CRM] and a great CRM for the companies that need a great workflow. It's great for small businesses as well as corporations. HubSpot [CRM] focuses on simplicity and usability rather and competing for the most features or customization. The primary requirement of our CRM implementation project was the ease of use and HubSpot has not disappointed. And while there are limitations compared to other platforms, the feature set is growing all the time and we don't have to rely on third-party integrators or developers. It is also easy to scale up quickly.
