Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

HubSpot CRM is being used by a remote sales team, a remote marketing team, and a remote operations team both in North America as well as in Asia. Our business helps SMB's find working capital. HubSpot CRM creates for us a seamless operation from leads, to meetings, to contracts to close and after-sale service. Having 100% view into the entire life-cycle of our clients is critical and Hubspot delivers that view.
  • Integrations with critical software.
  • Access to API's for software that does not currently have HubSpot CRM Integration.
  • Easy to use.
  • Support to our teams, even on the non paid seats.
  • Better integration with telephony without upgrading seats.
  • More workflow automations at lower seat levels.
  • Ability to offer more deal pipelines at lower seat levels.
  • Complete insight into our business.
  • Revenue growth.
  • Cost and time savings.
By far the easiest CRM I've ever used. I've used Salesforce (too much), Zoho (too many bolt-on services, did not feel integrated). Pipedrive (too simplistic). HubSpot CRM provides everything you need at the right time you need it. Small company, it's free and works. As you grow, add what you need and their pricing model does not break the bank.
Pipedrive is a good platform and has a similar "feel" to HubSpot CRM, but I felt that Pipedrive's ability to scale was not sufficient for our growing company. I chose HubSpot CRM because of the almost infinite integrations and an open API for platforms our company uses. If you've ever had to use Zapier (and the costs to scale), you'll really like the ability to cut our Zapier and tightly integrate HubSpot CRM to other platforms.

Do you think HubSpot CRM delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with HubSpot CRM's feature set?

Yes

Did HubSpot CRM live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of HubSpot CRM go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy HubSpot CRM again?

Yes

Companies new to CRM's will find this a great choice. 1st, it's free and in our case, we used it for free for quite some time. Despite being free we still received chat support which is a great time saver since the sales team can get questions answered by HubSpot CRM v/s me having to know all the answers. HubSpot CRM in my view is not a cost-effective solution if you have 10's of 1,000's of contact and wish to use their marketing automation. The cost is simply too high for SMB but one can imagine for enterprise-level companies, its ease of use is worth the higher cost.
