Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM

Our company uses HubSpot to organize tens of thousands of leads and hundreds of software development projects. It is used daily for sales, project management, and customer relations. HubSpot helps us organize all of our leads, prioritize new leads, and maintain ongoing projects. I particularly like the email templates, call queue system, and lead breakdowns. The analytics are also great.

  • Sequencing emails, allowing more specific times for automations.
  • More knowledgeable technical support.
  • More customization for UI/UX.
  • Organization of leads improve sales process.
  • Automated marketing campaigns.
  • Engagement tracking metrics.
Excellent, the workflow works well and is easy to learn.
HubSpot works better in most categories than other products that I have used.
