Overall Satisfaction with HubSpot CRM
We use it to communicate internally and externally. We email customers, leave notes to coworkers. Regularly check in with each other, see if customers have opened emails, trach customer emails to see other issues, track businesses and contacts. We keep records of customer issues with it as well to see past issues that will help us.
Very easy to learn. It takes some time. But once you use it enough it becomes second nature.

I wish everyone in my company used it. It is very useful to see all external communication. I love how organized everything is. It does have some issues with bugs but overall it's very helpful day to day. I can't imagine working out of my emails for this as I contact so many people for just one issue.
